Deposits

• Deposits are required to secure your appointmen before approval.

No deposit = No appointment.

Deposits are non-refundable

Punctuality

• Each appointment time is specifically allocated based on booked services. If you are running late, please inform me immediately.

A 15-minute grace period is granted; however, appointments later than this may result in reduced services or will result in services rendered.

Cancellations

• Same-day cancellations will result in the deposit being forfeited.

• No-shows directly impact my ability to accommodate clients who may be waiting for an earlier date and time.

• If you are not satisfied with your services, please let me know. I will make any adjustments to the initial service price. Anything additional will be consider a

"ADD ON" and will be charged extra.

•Any changes to your appointments via text within 24-48 hours prior to scheduled time.

•2 reschedules will be allowed for future bookings with same deposit.
